  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Our excursions are not refundable, unless the excursion is canceled by the tour operator, or if it's sold out, and we are able to sell your ticket to another JHT guest.  

  • What if I already booked excursions with Celebrity?

    You can cancel your Celebrity excursion up to 48 hours prior to tour port arrival time without penalty.

  • Can I use my Celebrity Onboard Credit for the private excursions?

    As our private excursions are not booked thorugh Celebrity, onboard credit can't be used. 

  • What if our excursion is late and I miss the ship?

    All of our excursions get back in plenty of time before the ship leaves, but this is what our vendor says. 


    We have never had a customer miss their ship. Our team possesses over 80 years of combined cruise line experience and we are not aware of a single case in which a customer on an independent tour missed a ship. In the extremely unlikely event that you miss your ship due to the late arrival of one of our tours, we will arrange and pay for your accommodations, meals, and transportation to the next port of call, and we will pay you an additional $1,000 USD per customer for the inconvenience.

  • What if I change my mind later, can I transfer my spot to someone else?

    You may transfer your ticket to somene else, as long as they are booked with JHT.  Just send us an email letting us know who the new guest will be. 

  • Do you have any suggestions for transfers from the airport to the hotel or from the ship to the airport?
